Only one engraving per item to a maximum of 20 characters is possible, using characters A-Z and 1-10 and common punctuation only. Engraved goods cannot be returned unless they are faulty. All personalised messages with expletive or inappropriate language will be rejected at our discretion. This offer is valid from 16th to 25th August, and all orders with engraving will be dispatched on the 26th August. Please ensure the accuracy of your engraving request when submitting your order.
