The fragrance must be unopened and in its original packaging, and included with a printed copy of your order confirmation.

The fragrance must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Exchanges are only permitted for fragrances sized 30ml or larger.

Please take care when returning your goods. Your exchange will only be considered upon the safe return of your original order. Items should be packed safely and securely, be damage-free —including exterior packaging— and must arrive back to us in resalable condition.
